Eat up! Lunch Recipe

I promised a recipe earlier so here it is! I’s not sure it counts as a real ‘recipe’ but it is what I am eating at this very moment so it’s what you all are getting.


My Lunch Today:

2 cups Spring mix lettuce organic

1 cup baby spinach organic

1/4 greeen bell pepper organic

1/4 yellow bell pepper organic

1 big organic carrot

1/2 small avocado

8-10 grape tomatoes

10-12 flax snax crisps


topped with some pepper and balsamic vinegar!
