Have you ever stopped and asked yourself what you are really capable of?
Some people are out climbing Mt. Everest & you are sitting on your couch. Does the climber sit on his couch too? Yes. Do you climb mt. everest too? No. Does this make you less of a person? No. Is the climber more of a person? No. Is the climber capable of doing what you are doing now? Yes. Are you capable of doing what the climber is doing now? With hardwork and practice, Yes!
My point being, We are all capable of any feat that involves using our bodies to their full extent. We are also all capable of letting our bodies go. Our bodies are the greatest tool we have. We can literally do anything with our body, think about it! So why let your body get to a place where it no longer works? That is like getting a new bike and letting the chain rust and flattening a tire. Yes, the bike still looks ok but it can’t be used until it is fixed.
Fix your bike!!
As a trainer and nutrition coach, I tell people that just once in their lives they need to see what they are capable of. Reach a huge goal. Get your body into amazing shape and see what you can really do. You may be surprised at how many doors open to you!
