Cookies!!

Finally another recipe!

It has been awhile since I have gotten around to posting a recipe and today I am sharing my recipe for healthier oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

These cookies are super moist, chewy, and chocolatey! The dough it fairly runny for cookie dough so don’t be surprise when you are making it! I like to chill mine for about 10-15 mins before cooking to make the dough easier to work with. Be sure to enlist some good help when making these! Taste testers are a must!

So here it is!

3/4c oat flour

3/4c oats

3/4 tsp soda

1-2tsp cinnamon

1/4tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 large egg

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp honey

1/2c coconut oil

1/2-3/4 c chocolate chips (I use semi sweet or dark organic chips or carob chips)

In a bowl combine the egg, vanilla, sugar, and honey. Add in the coconut oil (melted).

Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add to the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Chill dough for 10-15 mins.

Bake at 325 for 6-9 mins.

Enjoy!! Mine did not turn out very pretty but they taste delicious!!
