Ok, so I am not trying to lose weight. Most of my clients however are. These are always great reminders of progress! I use these in my own fitness lifestyle. If I feel great, I am doing great. Wanting to be healthy is a huge part of actually being healthy. This game is not all about who weighs less. In fact, ‘fit but fluffy’ is actually healthier than ‘skinny fat’. What I mean is, if you are eating right, exercising, and feeling great but you are a little fluffy, you are still healthy! If you are eating crap, doing no movement, but a size 0, you are not probably not so healthy!
Measuring health off of feelings can be so much more accurate than the scale. Always trust your soul! Go out and have an amazing Monday knowing that you can achieve anything!
