What are you doing today to be healthy all week?

Can’t believe it is already Monday!! We spent the weekend at the sand dunes camping with good friends and playing on the RZR. This is one of my husband and I’s favorite things to do. We both love going fast and jumping high. Not to mention the relaxing campfire time and a few beers. We both definitely needed this weekend! It was also our first time EVER away from baby. She is 14 months old now and we needed that little break. I was a wreck about leaving her but she handled it fine (typical).

After a fun weekend I always like to start off Monday on a healthy note. There is no hiding that my nutrition was not on key this past weekend (which is totally ok. and no I do not regret anything). But, it is back to the grind. I started of my morning with some solid nutrition followed by 3 miles with the stroller. After I write this I am headed for a workout while baby naps and then some lunch.

Beginning Monday on a healthy note can help set the tone for the entire week!
