Easy granola

2c. Oats

1/4c. ground flax seed

1/4c. chia seeds

1/2c. Peanut butter (any kind that doesn’t contain sugar)

drizzle of honey

Optional: chocolate chips, raisens, coconut flakes

Mix all the ingredients together and spread out on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 20-30 mins. Stir 2-3 times. It will get a little crispier as it cools!

Enjoy as is or pour some almond milk over it and eat like cereal!

    1. You could probably replace the PB with coconut oil or another nut butter! Sometimes I coat my granola in apple sauce and bake also.
