Meal Plan Page #1!

I am sharing the first page of my meal plan with you all! When I have a client who is seeking nutritional help, this is the very first thing they get from me. Following this is their personalized meal plan. Check out the first step in nutrition here!

First, Thank you for trusting me with your nutrition! I am excited to work with you and help you reach your goals. Keep in mind, I can give you all the advice I have but it must be practiced through you! This step towards your health is all about you, as it should be!

Nutrition to many is just staying alive. It is a necessary evil, if you will. We have to pay for it, take the time to buy it, take the time to eat it, prepare it, store it, and transport it. So why put so much time and effort into bad food? Why keep spending hard earned money on food that makes you feel fatigued and lazy? That is like paying to make yourself sick and fat! Would you really pay someone for that if that was their business? This does not make sense to me.

If you are going to put in the effort, make it a good one! Food is about nourishing your body and soul. Food is giving your body energy and healing its wrongs. Food can be your most potent form of health if you use it correctly. ‘Today more than 90% of all chronic disease is caused by food choice, toxic food ingredients, nutritional deficiencies, and lack of physical exercise’. 90%! As a country, we are literally slowly poisoning our bodies with our food. We are ingesting lab made products like they are nutritious and eating meat injected with added flavor. We have no idea what REAL food is anymore!


So how do you get our of the wicked food industry cycle? EAT REAL FOOD.

It is just that simple. EAT REAL FOOD. Eat food that can be harvested, grown, or raised. Food that you would eat if you were stuck on an island. Food that made contact with dirt at some point in time. Food that is ALIVE. Food that doesn’t need an ingredient list to tell you what you are ingesting.

I get asked on a daily basis what good nutrition looks like and my answer is always the same. Good nutrition is what your great-grandmother ate. Good nutrition is real food, live food. There is no big spiel or complicated formula. No secret number of calories or special diet. There is just food.

As you go through this meal plan. Keep in mind some changes you could make to your diet, some things you are already doing great, and some things that are new to you. Keep in mind that you can’t overhaul your world in one day. This takes time, will power, patience, and desire. You are addicted to an industry that is feeding you full of ‘drugs’, it takes time to wean yourself away just like with any ‘drug’.

The important thing is, you can do this. Anyone can do this. Eating is something you have to do each day so make it worth it. Make your every penny spent on food be one less penny spent on medicine or doctor visits. Make each nutrient count towards your overall health and well being.
