Spring Goals, Update, All about where I am at!

So, it has been a long time since I have updated you all on my fitness, goals, or anything else for the matter. I have been writing a lot of advice, family help, an motivating posts lately. I am definitely ok with that since that is much easier for me to do! I can talk about nutrition all day long, which brings me to my first big news!

IN the fall I will be starting school to become a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner! I have already dove into the reading list to get a jump start and I have loved reading every word. This is something that I have a passion for so it is easy for me to sit and read the ‘big books’. I am going to have a few obstacles once I start but nothing to big! I have picked a program, talked to the school, and am ready to begin making this my career (besides begin mommy, that is my favorite career).

In other news, I have been training clients 4 days a week. This means that I can actually get to a real gym 4 days a week! The other days it is the living room floor workout. I have been lifting with one client consistently and have seen some major improvements in both her physique and mine! I love being able to help others while working on me too. Lifting with her is more like meeting my friend at the gym and not ‘work’. My quads are tight (and bigger), my butt is more lifted and my abs are showing (thanks to nutrition also). I can say that since having my daughter (2 years ago) I am finally back to my pre-baby body or maybe even stronger! It feels good to be a mom and be energetic for my daughter and healthy.

It is safe to say that life is pretty great. WE are getting busy at the farm, gearing up for a birthday for our daughter, planting our garden, and spending lots of time outside in the spring sunshine!

Goals for the coming Month:

Continue to whittle down my grocery list and make more homemade (easier now that our garden is growing).

Focus on Nutrition, get my 2nd school book read by the end of the month.

Continue to hit some rodeos.

Try a new form of fitness.

Make my own almond milk.

I am strong. I am capable. I am powerful. I am beautiful.

Xoxo,

Anne Nicole

    1. Thanks! I am super excited. I have had a long journey with Holistic medicine and healing. It really turned me onto Holistic Nutrition as my path instead of going the traditional route.

  2. Yaaay I am so happy for you! I studied nutrition at uni and I loved it! I am so glad I did! Well done for getting your pre-baby body back! My son is now 1 year old and although I did lose some weight, I really need to start working out. This week is a bit hectic, but I definitely want to start next week. It’s so hard to start working out, but once you do it it makes you feel so much better! πŸ™‚ Monica x

    1. Thanks! I am very excited to begin. You will get there with the working out and once you start you won’t want to stop! All it takes is just one good workout to set you on fire to resume. If you ever need any help or motivation feel free to ask!

      1. I totally agree, it’s the first workout the toughest part, but once you get past that you gain your motivation back! Thank you I will definitely do! πŸ™‚ x
